In spite of being on the Do Not Call Register I received another call this morning. Emailed afs-smart and asked to be removed from their data base. Hopeful that will produce results.

Yeah, well at least i was on the dunny when they called, it helped a lot as i had been constipated untill then.

The company calling you is called AFS - http://www.afs-smart.com.au/
They're a survey company and, to my knowledge, obtain phone numbers legitimately and for good reason.
That said, they are a massive pain!
I emailed them though - info @ afs-smart.com.au - and received a very courteous response informing me that my number and details had been stricken from their records, with their humblest apologies.
Just drop them an email and the calls should stop!

I've had 10 calls this morning from this number - I have no idea who it is - did anyone discover the source?

I had a call from this number, could hear people in the background when I picked up but just after I've answered the line was dropped. SO ANNOYING TO RECEIVE SUCH CALLS!!

Let the machine pick-up if you see this number. They won't leave a message....and like so many other people - the DO NOT CALL register is non-existent to thee people.

Was at work, so mobile was in my locker all day, but seriously..... 6 missed calls on a Saturday! Take a hint people and go away!!! If you don't leave a message and I don't know the number I will NOT call you back.

These bastards call me 4 times a day - I see it come up on the display and dont answer.

Very annoying, called five times on a Sunday morning. Rang the number 87894444 and spoke to Tony who was very courteous and asked him to remove my number from his call list.

AFS is a research company people, nothing suss. Found there website www.afs-smart.com.au. They also have a paid research panel, might join. At least get paid to be annoyed haha
