I had a "blocked" calls come through today, I didn't answer and straight away it rang back after it would have gone to my mailbox, then few minutes later this number (03) 8646 8775. Glad I didn't answer it too!

Like others already commented above, i had at least 3 missed calls and picked up at least 2 calls with no one talking on the other end, all over the last few weeks.
Finally picked up the call today and someone with an accent on the other end identified themselves as being from ANZ. i was wary of it possibly being a scam. I just tried to be cautious and private about not wanting to discuss any personal matters with them. they asked me how are my savings plans coming along??? So unusual and invasive.

I would recommend labelling the call if you're able to see it on your phone, and just reject it everytime it rings.

Receiving call from this number all day long.. havent answered any, left msg saying it was "my bank".... yea right.... not happy. hopefully this doesnt last for 5 weeks....

Got a call from this number today, didn't answer. Seem to call me often varying between Private Numbers and this; the best advice I can give is don't answer any private numbers! It's almost ALWAYS dodgy.

I had a call from this number today. Answered the call, but nobody was talking on the other side and it seemed they dropped the line themselves.

they are alive and well, I just had a missed call from this number with no voicemail left. In light of the comments I will ignore and not return the call

Got a call today from this number. I answered but when there was no immediate reply I hung up. If ANZ gave my number to anyone, I am deeply disappointed.

I to have been receiving calls from this number for 2-3 weeks. I never answer and googled the number and found this site. Always seems to beon the week end or after hours. Will block the number now.

This number calls me on a regular basis on my mobile. No-one ever speaks when I answer. As I don't usually give out my mobile number its very annoying.

Received a call but refused to hand over information. Immediately called ANZ to be told there is no record of any calls made to me today.

Have lodged a complaint about this number with donotcall.gov.au

It's a scam, banks never call. If you have online banking they will usually send a message through there otherwise it comes through the mail in hard copy. I bank with ANZ and my online banking info states they will never contact you via phone not personal email.

I called ANZ complaints to ask if the number was legitmate. They sais "(03) 8346 8775" is a outbound call number for the office in melbourne. I would do the same if your concerned.

Whilst this is an annoying call, it don't beleive its a scam. I recommend you do the same for yourself.

Lots of stupid repetitive calls, no humans. Very irate given I am on do not call register

Like others who have commented, i have been getting calls from this number. i answered once a few months ago, no one there. since then i don't answer but am fed up with 3-4 missed calls per week for 5 weeks.

Got a call from this number on my mobile. Didn't answer. No message left. Also get calls on home number not sure if its the same as no caller ID. When answer there's no one there. Very disturbing

got a call from this number today and was asked to provide anz online id number;quite suspicious.luckily I did not give him much info.

I am now REALLY annoyed as I get a couple of calls from this number every day. Is there a simple way to stop it or do I have to fight with the ANZ IVR to try to find someone to help me?
