This telephone range is used by telemarketing organisations that handle sales and credit collection .. including automated messages and stealth calls (to see if you answer)

These callers are the same like telstra company, both of them crooks and robbers. The australian government is afraid to tackle telstra to the ground.

Caller: "Telstra Business" Woman with possibly an Indian accent claimed to be from Telstra Business and wanted to book an appointment tomorrow morning to discuss a NBN upgrade. I hate being with Telstra because of their dishonest sales people but this person sounded more like a lying scammer. It's BS that these low lifes can continue to operate in these 'modern' times.

A woman who called spoke poorly with a very pronounced Indian accent and clearly came across as uneducated....grade 4 or 5 level I'd guess. She said she was calling from Telstra Business and wanted to book an appointment tomorrow with "The business owner" in relation to a 5G upgrade to my NBN and to have a consultant come to my address to discuss its benefits. When I pressed for verification as to who she was and evidence that it was Telstra calling, she just kept repeating her initial request for a meeting!
If they happen to call again, I'll go along with this scam, invite them in, perform a citizen's arrest and call the Police!!

Caller: Telstra Business? SCAM CALL Telstra needs to shut this phone number down! They also need to close their Indian call centre who are passing our details to scammers! British Telecom (BT) has done this and all calls are answered in their UK call centre. Since blocking this number, I've had 6 calls from them. Maybe we need $10,000 fines as they have in the USA for ROBOCALLS to mobile phones?

These low life people need to get a real job and stop scamming people. They keep changing the number they are rimging from, when you ring the numbers it says number is not connected. Why can't the telcos or government do something to stop these morons.
