Can’t find any way to contact this company
I am in Sydney and bought gifts from Rosegal for granddaughters birthday a month ago and can’t find anyway to track the reference numbers given
Toll Couriers can’t find any numbers either and this is so frustrating !
Dpex is in Chinese and number listed in Sydney does not exist !
Any help would be much appreciated !

I hope you’ll find out what happened to my husbands parcel. I’m sure you’ll know who’s delivering on the 23rd of February and could find out what happened to it. You’ll lose a lot of customer if you don’t investigate properly.

I also was tracking my parcel when it came up with "Please contact customer support". Luckily I found this page and found out that it was now owned by Toll. Managed to find the connote on Toll's site so am now contacting them to arrange new delivery. Hope the below helps others

dpex is a totally sh*thouse organization.
I was home all day with the front door open and monitoring the tracking progress of my package, then all of a sudden an internet message says, failed delivery 5.30pm.
Well - and the phone number thy have not responding ever.

I had the same issue. You need to cal toll priority in port Melbourne as they deal with the drivers. I got my redirected to my newsagent and picking up from there. The tracking report is not accurate!!!

Well - I have security cameras and no delivery was made.

I'm awaiting for a parcel to be delivered, I can see online that they tried to deliver on Fri but apparently no one was home, even though we were home all day. I would like to contact them to organize another delivery or even a pick up but i have no contact number and all numbers online Sydney are 'not connected' all I know is that it's at the Bankstown depot, happy to provide tracking number if it will make a difference?

I have been ordering and tracking items over 12 months for my start up business... Sent a product paid for by a close friend on Dialysis as a Birthday gift to hubby to Townsville from Rockhampton... AP said it delivered.... Contacted them by email... Asked if I trusted her....... If I had answered it would have effected that staff members health....... Ordered a large item.... it arrived in 1 day instead of 2 or 3.... from Brisbane region..... Friend sent gifts I created to Prague.......... Rang after looking at tracking details said it was still in the local facility.... It had left the country ( Staff can see that ) Why as a paying customer we cannot? Some secret.... IT problem?

I would like to know where my parcel has gone. Apparently it was delivered on the 14/9 ,19/7 and 28/9 . No notes was left to contact and there was someone at the address . The phone no 93172113 is not contactable. Please deliver the parcel on the from porch as no signature is required. At least leave a correct number to be contacted back. No happy customer
