f*cking Dpex

hi there, i'm experiencing the same problem at the moment. The number that's provided by this page is absolutely bullsh*t. I have been waiting for my parcel for days and I'm having difficulty trying to look for their hotline for customer service. Please let me know if you actually managed to find that, much thanks.

i wana know about my parcel what is the delivery time? i am waiting still morning but not received till 12 pm.

What is a functional Australian number for this company? There's no way to arrange redelivery without it.

URGENT parcel!!!!!
I have a parcel suppose to deliver yesterday. And yet, I do not receive my parcel until today! I am going oversea on coming Tuesday (19/9). Please check it out for me and contact me as soon as possible. Thank you!!!!!!

Two shipment were expected to be received by yesterday and still I am waiting for it. When I try to call the number, it says it is INVALID.

High I had a orders from China the place was called tom top they sent me a email showing the tracking number it showed that your company had brought my orders on sept 1at1.30pm it says that no was at home I was home all day also it then shows you try to deliver my orders on sept 4 at 2.04 am this does not make sense I tried to call your company on (02) 9317 2113 but no answer tried a few times the tracking number on the orders is 555106304351 can you please help my email address is eddie.kunst @ hotmail.com thank you

Still waiting for a parcel that was supposedly delivered on 22/11/16 and signed for by a person called Zac! I have no one living at my place called Zac and left no instructions for a stranger to sign for my parcel other than myself. The parcel was supposedly delivered at 2.11pm when both my partner and I are working so there was no one home to take delivery!!!!!

Delivery came by while I am at school. I am 8~6pm Monday~ Friday at school. If you deliver it within this time I will not be at home. Pls pick other time or help me to pick up

Complaint / Alert: on two occasions now, the delivery men for this company, asked for a glass of water. I thought it was a bit odd because usually people travel with their own drinks; secondly there are shops in my road. However, the first time this happened I obliged, though I closed the door while I went to the kitchen. A few months later, a different delivery guy asked the same thing. This time I said no. Both times these guys made me feel uncomfortable. -- Sydney resident.
