How do I contact DPEX IN Sydney?? I’m tracking my parcel and it says that they tried to deliver yesterday at 19:15 but no one was home, that’s a lie because we were all home and I even checked my front door camera and it doesn’t show anyone around that time.
Will anyone actually answer my question???

AN FYI
the DPEX company is owned by toll.
if you track and trace on the toll website it will come up and you can contact them directly.

nice if they had advised the numbers dont work anymore

I have ordered a parcel from China. This was sent from China Shipment method AUAMTOLL tracking number AU14968015264441. I have not recieved the parcel as it has the wrong post code on it. I can see the parcel arrived Sydney Australia 28/06/2017 as arrived destination. I would like to know where it would of gone or who you would of passed this to in Australia to deliver. The address should be Helen Watkins, 15 Sahara Drive, Baldivis, WA, Australia 6171....the postcode used was 6210 which is a area near by. my phone number 0476 304 194. PLease help me find this parcel and let me know who is the ddelivery carrier in Australia that you would of passed this to. Thank you

The address I have provided is correct and I don’t know why they are not able to deliver my parcel and it is really hard to contact the team as well. Can you please provide me the correct contact details otherwise I need to refund it.

This company are completely hopeless, say they have missed delievry 3 times, which is correct BUT no card left, no way of contacting and no attempt to provide an alternate delivery option. Only thing left is to claim refund back from Paypal from not receiving my goods.
