Offering me installment payments for my account.

Caller: Some lady I could hardly understand.

I've missed this number 4 times within the past 2 weeks and decided to answer it. Blah, blah, blah, transfer your Citibank balance into a NAB payment plan. Killing her with kindness I said "Stop. I am not changing anything. My husband does all of the finances, thank you SO MUCH for calling and HAVE A GREAT DAY!!! (: Then hung up on her face.

Boom! 3 hours later she calls back. I said: I understand this is a recorded call... I yelled: STOP CALLING ME, STOP CALLING ME, STOP CALLING ME - else I will lose my job. END CALL. Blocked. Will miss all the excitement she added to my day.

Called and did not leave voice message.

The way they approach you is very scary and annoying.

From Citibank ask for instalment plan , is something wrong I think .

Caller: Claimed to be calling "on behalf of NAB" about credit card

Came up as a spam number on the mobile. Appeared to be "offering me some opportunities" with my credit card. Asked for security info and I hung up.

She knew my name and talked about NAB credit card? but I couldn’t understand her.

Same - I have many calls from this number and no message left - the one time I answered it, they knew my name. I do have a citibank card.
I called CitiBank directly - no record of citi calling me.

Legitimate contact by NAB who licences the Citibank brand for their credit card, however it was a marketing call from a Filipino call centre, trying to spruik their instalment plans.

It doesn’t matter how many times you say no or asks them to stop calling they keep doing it

ROBOT CALL SYSTEM USING NUMBER -- Calling as National Australia Bank - saying my credit card is being used for Fraud.

Called me and I don't usually answer but I felt a bit hostile and keen to have a go so I picked up and they said they were from NAB. I said first of all I have a Citibank card and I never authorised for NAB who bought it out to contact ME. I pay my credit card down every month and keep the balance at the lowest limit. He tried to reply in a "first of all.." kind of tone. I said listen here mate, you won't get any info off me but I can keep you on the line all day and you can listen to me do housework.. kept him on the line for 3.5 hours hahahaha

I got in trouble because of this scammer. Thank God I picked it only once and hang up soon after because the caller behind it won't talk.

This number has called at least 20 times in the past month and they don't leave a message detailing the call, the only reason I know its NAB on behalf of Citibank is because when I don't answer calls go directly to voicemail. You'd think they'd get the message and stop calling?
