Female with heavy accent, call identified as originating in Sydney. After her mumbled introduction, I asked her again and again what company she represented. She then started saying Hello, hello, can your hear me? I repeated my question and she hung up on me.

Caller: said they were from Telstra

They advised that my computer was compromised and my personal information could be used for fraudulent activities. They wanted to fix the problem for me straight away. They were very pushy , gave them nothing --- this is a SCAM to access my computer and phone

I picked up, didn't say anything and the caller hung up. I dialed back and Optus advised the number has been disconnected. Must be a number used to spoof and see if mobile numbers are valid for spam/scams.

Scam telling me they have received an order for an iphone 11 on my account or a bottle of champagne. If I don't work with them, they will charge my account . I never make it to the end of the call to figure out if they want my credit card details. But total scam

Man with thick Asian Indian accent claimed to be from Amazon Prime membership and that I hadn't cancelled the membership properly. Wouldn't get off the phone, could hear sniggering/laughing in the background like they were enjoying the distress of the call. Total scam!

Caller: Asian/foreign accent. Very poor English what I could understand.

Same as most other posts. Heavy accent, automated I think, could not make head nor tail of what the female was saying, terminated call.

Every time I get a call from this number, I get inundated with crank text messages regarding my undelivered package.
