Telstra re NBN appointments to fit equipment It's a Telstra NBN account manager. I have been talking to them off and on for nearly a week This is actually the Telstra NBN connection team. They follow up on transition/new orders if the customer has not connected their modem up yet. I had the same call today and asked for the person's staff ID. I then promptly searched her ID via our internal links and confirmed her details. The landline number provided is the Telstra NBN Case Management team. You should not be worried about this call, ask for their D Number (staff ID) or a interaction reference number so you can call 13 22 00 if you are afraid to verify yourself. telstra nbn...all good Does not provide any Telstra ID.
Should not need your security ID when they ring you.
it's the NBN people from Telstra calling about technician appointments It's Telstra, regarding an NBN connection that you have already ordered or might be waiting for updates on. Call time from this number was at 1721 (5PM) which I consider out of business hours for a company to be calling me. I didn't answer but there appears to be a rather conflicted consensus on whether or not it is a scam. If anyone has more info please post Nbn all good Had a call from a gentleman with a strong Indian accent on this number wanting to talk to "Mr Robert" to discuss my NBN appointment. As we didn't have any NBN appointment and with the caller not knowing my correct name I presumed that it was one of the Indian scam callers that we regularly get wanting to "discuss our Telstra internet service", so hung up on him. From other reports it would appear that the number is in fact a legit Telstra number but I am at a loss to understand why Telstra would continue to use an Indian call centre to make this type of call. They keep calling me to connect the NBN at my work premises. We had the mis-fortune of having it installed 12 months ago. The installers managed to disconnect 4 out of five of my telephone lines and caused my company a huge loss of revenue(around $1,000.000.00) telstra checking nbn. Have me 1800 call back number if I have any problems and a survey will be forwarded to my preferred contact. It's legit. I had a call from this number and it was to do with a test on my NBN voice service. I've received a call I missed the phone answering machine picked up but no msgs left. Twice this has happened, so if it really is Telstra why won't they leave a msg if they've nothing to hide?? If they were legit they'd leave a msg wouldn't they?? I thought it was a scam call as usual being an Indian and from telstra Nbn telstra Two calls from this number to my Landline, but silence when I answered. They then called my mobile number but cut that call quickly before I could answer. Extremely SUSS. Where did they get both numbers from? Is Telstra NBN This is definitely Telstra NBN. I didn't answer at first then received a text saying my Telstra order has been completed, which is true as I self installed the modem yesterday when the connection was complete at the node.
