As previous reports before ... female indian accent claiming to be from Accident investigations unit. Asked if anyone had been in an car accident recently, when I said NO, she said thank you and hung up.

Phishing call from Accident Investigation Unit. Total Scam.

They claim to offering $7-8000 compensation for supposed "car accident" I had last year. They get all personal details including name, car rego, location where accident occurred. Offer to send paperwork to home address, otherwise email. Then they "refer claim to their solicitor at one of 5 Insurance Companies in Sydney".

Don't be fooled.

Indian Caller - 2 previous calls with hang ups. Some lady claiming we were involved in an accident 2 years ago.

Received a call today from accident investigation n I immediately called him out on being a scammer n he had the audacity to ask how I would assume that. I hung up and said stop wasting my time

Called numerous times by this number. Indian accent claimed from motor accident commission investigating an accident. Pains in the arse

Yep, same old, same old, Indian scammer purporting to be calling about car accident compensation. When I asked if he was calling because his mother needed a sperm top-up, he hung up ;-)

Calls leaves no message SCAM

Scam. Claimed to be from the accident investigation unit. Said I was not interested and hung up.

They called 3 times in a week and reported to my insurance company but it not them ringing me up so just hang up. Also reported them to Spamwatch.

rings everyday 4-5 times a day but hangs up straightaway when i speak. Tried to ring back and it goes straight to message

Female rang claiming to be from the accident investigation squad and wanted to know whether I had an accident in recent weeks . I answered No and that was the end of the phone call . Obviously some scam or devious activity but it would be interesting to know just what these people are up to .

Further to my previous input today am, had another call from the same number at 5.30pm today. Am tired of these nuisance calls, should they continue they will be reported to ACCC.

Claimed to be from the Accident Investigation Department (say What?) Indian Accent. I asked what accident are they investigating. Called on unlisted number, did not respond as we did not recognise it. Yet another scam.

Called, no one spoke. Likely scam/telemarketing
