If anyone has received a call from this number, do not answer as it is an ATO SCAM, It has been reported to the ATO. Please be watchful of your elderly parents who might believe this is true to not be upset and just report it to the ATO

I got the exact same call - threatening Commonwealth Court Action! Scared the absolute "BEEP" out of me - looked it up on here and am SO thankful it is what I suspected! These BASTARDS need to stop!!!! James Anderson from somewhere near Batemans Bay NSW!!! Get a F'ing LIFE!!!!!! Hope he rots in jail!

Daily occurrence now, receiving interstate originating calls from unknown numbers. As always a check here shows yet another scam/nuisance call. I do wonder how much more the public have to tolerate this before our politicians get the telcos to do something about it?!

No message left. Another scammer, another number blocked.

Call from this number received today, no message. BLOCKED.

Called & left no message, scam assumed.

Caller: Charity Prime

Automated service , seconds to pick up from their end- Christie sounded AI.
Said they got my number from reputable sources. Lol
Hmmmm. Said delete my phone number. Says they will suppress from email (didn’t give it to them) and phone.number.

No message left. Have neen quite a few calls from different numbers that just hang up with no message. Scammers I assume.

Same old span/scam callers, either Charity Prime or pretending to be from the ATO.

Hung up as soon as I answered. I called back and it goes straight to a recorded message for a “Charity”
Number Blocked!

I rang them back as I missed this call - said they were from Charity Prime and if I wished to opt out, I should give my phone number and email address. Scam

I did answer as am waiting for a call. This scam said I had been kicked from the conference call hmmm idiots.
Also got one didnt answer same number last digit changed (02) 4407 0022

No message left... been quite a few calls from different numbers today. Always check here. Now blocked.

Unsolicited call - did not answer as number not known to me

Just received a call from this number. Clearly still attempting to scam people. Why cannot the telco companies detect these calls and stop them? If my caller ID is indicating a given number it must surely go through a Telstra network where reported scam numbers can be intercepted? Frustrating and also very concerning that some may fall prey to these scams.

Had a call from this number this morning..let it go to voicemail and they hung up. Judging from the previous comments this is a scam call. A search said the number was from Batemans Bay.

Definitely an ATO scam call. Says he is JAMES ANDERSON from the ATO and to return the call on this number to prevent warrant action due to an ATO tax fraud.

I got a call from them today claiming money when I asked them questions they hang up I called them back and they couldnt answer any of my questions and they hung up again I will report to the ATO

Claims they are from ATO, when I ask questions about why the line is so distorted and they don't know my name then I tell them this is a scam call and I will report them to police they hang up the phone
