They are complete con artists working in India, pretending to be in Sydney. Full of sh*t and quite rude. Call them up and waste their time... I did, and it was ten minutes this cretin was not able to be frightening and thieving from elderly people like your grandparents.
Tell anyone who calls out of the blue claiming that you have a security problem to get lost (or use much harsher language if you like). NEVER give them your credit card details. If you have been conned (and they are quite persistent) advice your bank - they may be able to do a charge back refund. If you are concerned about your computer security call a local computer tech. Ask friends and family who they recommend.
