I Googled "Netflix customer care Australia" and the first number to come up is 1800 431 401. These people are SCAMMERS!!!! They pose as Netflix trying to rectify your issues. May ask you for Anydesk access to your phone or computer. May pretend to need to generate a "code" via offgamers or egifted. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS to anything. Do not call them. Do not take their calls. I just had to cancel my credit card etc.

I was getting error code NW-3-6 because of this error I was not getting netflix on tv but when I talked on this helpline 1800 431 401 . I got fix my problem and that guy was talking to me was so helpful . I am glad with his assistance

I called Foxtel tech support, on their legitimate number, because I couldn't get SBS or Netflix apps to work on the iQ4 box. Foxtel tech support did not ask for any personal details just confirmed my phone number. Tech support accessed the foxtel box remotely and apps were still not working, said she would have to get back to me. Lady at foxtel tech support said I needed to contact Netflix because she didn't know what the error code on the Netflix app was. Foxtel tech support gave me 1800 431 401 to contact Netflix support.
Called this number and then stupidly followed supposed Netflix techs instructions to open my Netflix account and then install Addesk software on my computer. SO STUPID

Lisa said asked if there had been some unusual activities on my Netflix. I said yes. I knew it was a scam, as my Credit card had been misused by I believe these guys. I told her I will call her back. She gave me the above 1800 number. I searched on Google and found the above posts. Don't fall for these guys. Netflix Australia do not have a direct number to contact.

"Lisa" called me on my mobile number calling me by my correct first name telling me that there were suspicious entries and issues regarding my Netflix account. They wanted to fix this so that I could not lose connection. I asked for her number which she gave me:

I called back and got Sam who said when i got back from work he would call me and iI should book a call now. I declined and searched the number!!! Sounded legit! Be careful and do not respond to any of these calls.

This number is listed all over Google as the helpline for Netflix. Next thing you're cards are empty and anything in PayPal. Do not use the number listed on Google! Spent seven hours yesterday cancelling cards and contacting shops all over the world. It was enough to have me cancel my Netflix subscription.

If you Google the term Netflix phone number Australia, one of the results is "Netflix Phone Number 1-800-431-401". Do *not* call this number because it is *not* Netflix! They will ask for personal details to verify your identity, as a legit helpdesk might do, and you may give it because it is you who called, but then direct you to a remote desktop application that has nothing to do with Netflix. Luckily I didn't go any further and contacted another Netflix number (1-800-875-462), which is legit. I then reported the other number to the Netflix rep, who appeared not to know about it.

Received an e mail saying my credit card CVV # was invalid. I said that was not possible. We debated that and it became unpleasant. He hung up. Slimey. This number is provided on Google - how can they do that??

DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER! They very cleverly got me sucked-in and hacked my credit card 18th March 2021. Yes, during the call I should have recognised something wasn't right, but they are sooooo cleaver in fooling you they are "legit". My pc has to be cleaned, new cards and new internet banking customer numbes etc, etcr; our internet banking is understandably frozen until pc is cleaned. I was incredibly distressed (and still am) when I realised what was happening, he froze my pc and in seconds, all could do was watch multiple pages opening before my eyes as he proceeded to shop with my card . . . until I pulled the plugs out of the back of the pc! Lesson Learnt!

I called this number after i found this number on internet these guys are geeks who help with you computer problem . I had this ongoing problem with my email for few months and i called multiple number but they were asking me for money telling me a whole bunch of problems but these guys checked the problem and then fixed it. when i asked about the charge they told me it was not a big issue however they offered me some services where i can hire them as my tech for a planned duration which i choose to go with. They check my computer every 15 days and dont charge me for that i am quite happy with the service because they are cheap and they know what they are doing

They are my computer Tech guys for past 4 years as far as i am concerned they are the best i have dealt with other people in past but they are pretty good . There way of talking and understanding a customer is great. There services are cheaper then any local shop
