Caller: Thida Actually this number is Energy Australia's collection team for bills and payment and it is legitimate phone number. I just has found out. But to pay the bill, it is better to pay by logging into your Energy Australia login a/c to pay instead of paying from your mobile.

Caller: via SMS Received SMS from EnergyAust "REMINDER FROM ENERGYAUSTRALIA: Your Electricity bill is overdue. To pay $668.93 (incl. GST), go to https://www.energyaustralia.com.au/pay/$Ref1=11XXXXXXXX&Amount=666.93. If you have been impacted or isolating / quarantining due to Covid-19, go to energyaustraloa.com.au/covid-19 or call us on 1800 012 287. If paid recently, please ignore".
I would never click a URL link in a SMS and I checked the 1800 number is not on the Energy Aust website. I looked at my latest bill on the official Energy Aust App and I'm in credit and have been for over 6months due to having Solar and a battery.
This is obviously a scam!
