Its a scam - Incorrect account number for starters and telephone number to call back does not relate to Energy Australia Invoices. Block number and delete message is all that this is good for...Lol thought there was something wrong with it when i read the message saying my account is overdue, Please arrange payment of $8,112.12

Scam - I don't have an energy australia account

called and asked to pay $299.00 with account being in areas.....account number quoted it is not ours. Scammers.

This scam is still operating. They have an automated credit card payment facility and an enquiry line. All very professional

I just got an sms claimiing I owe $200 and I dont even have an energy aus account, in fact I have no utilities in my name. do NOT respond. If you go to EA website the number for billing enquiries is diffferent to what you get in the sms.

These guys sent me a letter asking me to change over my energy provider, then sent me a text saying i was overdue, how can i be overdue if i didnt swap my provider to them? reported the text as a scam

I keep receiving messages, I know it's fake as they keep quoting different account numbers. DO NOT CALL THEM. THEY WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS!!!

I have received 4 messages from these guys now. It is getting very tedious

they have done the same to me 1800 012 287 and they also use 0439 793 829. don't respond in any way.

Got another scam message from these guys claiming to be from Energy Australia and demanding payment for an overdue bill. They have sent several over the last year with varying amounts.

Scam text says to call this number Claims to be from Energy Australia about an overdue account of 400 ish dollars.
