numerous phonecalls and messages from Bvivid demanding payment or else i would have my internet disconnected. Have never responded to email or texts and always let the phone ringout when they ring on landline.

Providing $79.99 a month including landline, modem included, with unlimited phone calls on landline and including unlimited landline international calls to Italy. Very persistent and frequent calls. Very suspicious. Targeting my grandmother who is 77. Not happy.

Just got a phone call from a very pushy rude man wanting to ask personal questions to hook me up to NBN. I siad I would not answer any questions as there were too many scams going on. He got very upset and even ruder..I asked for the number so I could ring him back. He said in a very aggressive voice to ring him back STRAIGHT AWAY. Then he gave me his name. i then googled the number...As I thought...a scam...what annoys me is he knew my name and address...invasion of privacy..Im happy that Im about to move and go off the grid. Im tempted to ring back and give them a piece of my mind

Call my landline all day, I ignore the calls most of the time. They knew my name, phone number & address, told me nbn already installed in our area. I told him to send me an email with these details, he said letters have been sent to us months ago, this was a load of rubbish, I ended up hanging up on him, he was quite a polite man but wouldn’t take no for an answer. Today I got two calls 1/2 an hour apart from BVivid, these are the two calls I did answer the other 3 I ignored. It’s just harassment, I feel sorry for the elderly people getting these calls.

Cold call on my landline. Told me that he was calling about the NBN and that his firm was going to connect us. $79.95 per month and half the world for nothing. Definitely must be a scam. Very pushy, wanted me to call him back immediately on 1300 833 177. I didn't. He then tried many times to call me on my mobile (I foolishly gave him that number). The number he called from was (03) 8579 6707. He also tried to call me back on my landline. Told him "not interested".

Caller: Said his name was Adam from the NBN

Had a strange phone call today, gave his name as Adam, said he was from the NBN and to phone 1300 833 177 if we had any problems. Then said NBN connecting May/June $79.95 modem included, which made me suspicious as NBN do not supply modems, so agreed to nothing nor was I asked to sign, agree or pay anything. Adam then said sending info in mail (he had my name, phone number and address -- I supplied nothing). I then looked up NBN,with phone number13008333177 on the internet, to find this phone number was bVivid not the NBN. bVivid was never mentioned during phone call, so be very careful dealing with these people.

Asking for the business owner. The boss isn't interested to speak to people we don't hold accounts with, I advised the caller the boss isn't in at the moment, the caller was pushy asking when he'll be back, all round pain in the backside.

Called the house knowing a lot of our details and said we have to switch to NBN now.. actually NO we don't til 2020. Pushy and demanded an email address, asked my wife why she couldn't make a decision right now, did she have to ask her husband for permission first. Go f*** yourselves bVivid and Milano, you are unethical and rude.

Rang my 86 year old mother in law & try to get her to sign up to a $70 odd dollar a month plan, she doesn't even have a computer!! Then she got a letter in the mail saying she had been signed up despite her not signing anything or agreeing on the phone. I sent them an email telling them to f off & cancel any service they try to hook up, I know this won't happen and they will send her bills, she doesn't need any credit so I told her just to ignore them. Waste of my time trying to sort this out though.

These people are clearly targeting the elderly, who are vulnerable to scams. Unlucky for them, my dad had me when he was already 60 years young, so now his 80 year old self is too slow to the phone and his spry 20 year old child-thing picks up the phone for him.

We had already upgraded our service to a $65 a month plan, so when they offered an $80 a month plan, I was unconvinced. They also knew personal details, like address and last names, which is concerning. Lastly, they kept transferring the phone from one worker to another, which is so weird. Don't fall for it.

I got a call on my landline from Das from B vivd, offering a "better" deal with the NBN. He knew a lot of my personal details, which is a worry. Pushy. Wanted me to sign up. Put his "manager" on the line. I wouldn't give my email address or dob and wouldn't sign up. Sounded fishy. I said I needed to check it out. I have. It's dodgy. If they phone back, I'll hang up.

I was called by a pushy individual purporting to represent NBN. Said that the network was ready to be hooked up in our area. I cut the conversation as politely as I could.

Luckily my husband was home. She was very pushy saying we had to connect today otherwise we would not be ready for the nbn. She wanted us to do a setup and then send paperwork out to us. We had to speak over the top of her as she was so forceful. Got her name and number and said we would phone back.

Cold call to our landline. House NBN ready connection & transfer planned. Why signup someone for a questionable alternative? Sound like disreputable business practice ie: SCAM
