constantly calls hangs up nuisance caller 'Health and Wellness Forum' survey. I said I was too busy to do it. She reckoned it would only take 3 minutes. I said I'm not interested, and she said she will ring me back. Better not.... Just hung up no message Caller: Health & wellness Forum
Again looking for over 50 family members. Background noise the qive-away it is just a call centre. Beware!!!
Seriously these scam calls are getting beyond a joke. I simply don't answer any calls on my home phone anymore as at least 98% are scam. Anything with a prefix 08, 07, 03, 04 etc etc I just ignore including international and any mobile numbers I do not recognise. Our phone providers make mega bucks at our expense and give away our details to telemarketers & such criminal suspects. Oh I forgot can't contact any of our service providers in Australia to complain all business has been outsourced offshore to shonky brothers incorporated.... Caller: (08) 9497 5375
Oh, no, I’ve just answered such a call and given my pain level details. What can they do with it?
this number has called 4 times in the last week. fed up when I recognise number I dont answer anymore. If people want to get in touch my friends and family know my mobile. Caller: Asian Scammer
Someone with very Asian accent who said his name was "Charlie" doing survey from the "Health and Wellness Forum" Became very aggressive and abusive when I told him I knew it was a scam. Threatened to keep ringing.
I get lots of nuisance calls that hang up just as I get to the phone. I don't call back but if calls are genuine they can at least wait until you get to the phone. Rang mobile for two rings then hung up.
Checked this site and surprise, surprise, it's a scammer. BLOCKED..
I answered and all I heard was a lot of scratching through ? papers. No-one spoke, so I hung up. Some Phillipa female voice I could hardly understand, conducting a survey. They got my answering machine and eventually worked out there was no-one there... blocking them. Apparently these low-life’s record voices answering “yes”, & “I agree” to be used in further scam. Don’t answer phone anymore! We are held hostage in our own homes. 😡 The order is in most helpful, then in chronological order. Is probably the best choice to have them in. did not answer unknown number but thank you for the information about this number Rang back. Number not in service. Scam. Will be blocked. Caller: Someone with an accent
I did the survey. They only asked me questions about chronic conditions, npain and medication and then if I thought the aged pension was enough to live on and if I had health insurance. That was when I got suspicious but I think because of the way I answered she didn't go on to ask for any more details . Then when it was obvious she knew my last name I got even more suspicious. After I hung up I tried to call the number back and it said it was dicconnected.
Caller: Australian Health & Wellness
Foreign voice probably 'filipina' - claimed to be Australian Health & Wellness Survey. Asked if there was anyone over 50 for a survey. I replied No. I suspected it was a scam call, so I've just checked this site which confirmed my suspicion!
Caller: (08) 9497 5375
Call could well be from overseas, regardless of the number used.
I was advised by the Cyber Crime Police previously that a Skype account/phone number can be set up in any country from any other country, so it looks legitimate.
Wellness survey. Asked if anyone over 50. When I said no they wanted to know my age. I wouldn't tell them so they thanked me and hung up
