It's been calling my office for over a month. Stepped it up a bit, got a posh British male voice robot recording! I called the number last time & it was some Indian guy. Challenged his legitimacy, told him to get a real job & stop trying to rip Australians off - he hung up on me...

this number called me with unclear messages, asking me to call back yet no one picked up!

Received a call today. They asked me for my details. I asked for their ID instead and they hung up on me immediately.

ATO with tax avoidance and warrant for arrest. Scam/Spam really annoying.

(08) 7200 .... numbers 🙄
The number that rang me was (08) 7200 7413.
Didn’t answer knew it was dodgy. Blocked

Add another one to the list - ATO scam looking for victims.

More or the same, but why has the AFP not sent a squad down to this office?

Male voice recording, pompous British accent today. The usual threats, audit, warrant for arrest, request to call back to the number calling.

Action taken: listened only, did not call back; called ATO scam reporting line 1800 008 540; reported here on reverseaustralia.com and blocked number.

Just got a call from (08) 7200 7413 and (02) 6176 1548 from a posh British robot claiming to be from the ATO, something needs to be done about this. I can assure you we are no suckers (wink wink).

A male answered when i received arrest threat message and he abused me with coarse language in Hindi which i understood completely.

I called it back as I had two missed calls from this number and a man with an indian accent asked for my details and when i said thats ok you can send me a letter if you want to discuss anything with me, he hung up.

Rung him back while I was kicking back with a beer pretending to be scared and wanting to sort it out. I wasted half an hour of his time pretending to write down his instructions on how to get gift cards and tell him the numbers to fix up my tax debt (?!). Eventually I told him I he was a filthy scammer. He called me a bad name and hung up. Bahahahaha!! Loser.
