This damn number calls me DAILY but here is the thing.
My phone NEVER actually rings. I just get a message stating the above number has called me. So bloody annoying

They call and don't speak. After 30 seconds they hang up!!! They call me once a week on average...

Sort their sh*t out and maybe I would donate

These are a legit non for profit organisation independently raising funds for the rural fire service. The official rural fire service website attached to the qld gov fire service site has the following information.

Call me today , I am so surprised that they still using the same number after so many years, doesn’t the Australian government block those kind of call?

Scam number trying to steal your money.

This is not a scam! This is the number for the Rural Fire Brigade Association Queensland. It is genuine. They are aware that some people have tagged it as a scam , however they cannot do anything about that.

Did not recognise the number so did not answer. Caller did not leave a message. Blocked and deleted

Call came through from this number today whilst I was talking to someone. Went to message bank. Message left was a woman whispering "you effing bitch". The location for the number on screen was Gympie.

I keep getting regular calls from this number and I have blocked it! It still shows up in my missed calls list but at least they can't get through anymore.

Received two silent calls in two days. Presumed scammers. Even if this is from a legitimate organization, why on earth would you still use cold call methods for fund raising in this day and age with scammers running wild?

First call from (07) 5480 1369 was silent, then an hour or so later a second call came in. It was silent for 10 seconds or so, then a female Australian identified herself as from "Royal Fire Brigade Association of Queensland". I knew that this was different from the Rural organization, so I hung up.

Yes I received a call from the RfD service. Now all phone companies should have this number as a registered number to show it is the royal flying doctors . It's not that hard.
