This number, despite numerous reports of being a scam call, is still operating. Received a call yesterday. No message. Looked at the ReverseAustralia site and see it has been reported sixteen times in 2022. Looks like 2023 will be no different.
I am no tech whizz however if my phone can display the incoming call number and also I can block a given phone number, why cannot our telecommunications companies have programs in place to stop nuisance calls when the numbers are clearly identified from site like this?

Call from this number on a Saturday morning. For a long time I haven't answered calls from unknown numbers but picked up the phone, without speaking, in order to shut it up. As usual, no one even bothered to speak so it was obviously yet another of the pathetic scamming lowlife morons who are driving us crazy. I'm sick to death of it.

Only yesterday I blocked (07) 5345 6204 as a result of getting what was clearly yet another call from these familiar scamming lowlifes. So today I got a call from (07) 5345 6428. (Same thing: they hung up when the answering machine came on.) They are relentless scum.
Please do as we have long been encouraged to do and never answer calls from them or any other unknown number. This conscienceless harassment of people in their own homes will never stop otherwise, and some people will be scammed.

The call is shown from Caloundra in Qld. SCAM BEWARE.

Call from Charity Choice. Bloke really rude and wouldn't take no for an answer. Proceeded to tell me it was totally legal for them to call me etc. Hung up and blocked number

Definitely scam !!!! I received a text from 0481 075 051 yesterday saying Social Research Centre will call me in the coming days.

These days I don't answer ANY calls from numbers I don't recognise till I Google the number to see who it is. That's how often calls from these unsolicited charity and simple scams are getting.

Didn't leave a msg so has been blocked.
