Tried to get a quote online, went through the whole process of entering my details and was told at the end that somebody would call me! If I wanted to speak to somebody I would have called THEM in the first place. Then somebody sent the quote via text message, which was $220 MORE than the quote I went with. Even after that they kept phoning me every couple of hours until I blocked the number..

Rang me before the online system had completed a quote. They quoted me some $200 more than my current insurer. Waste of time!

requested online quote for car insurance. Within 1 minute of getting my mobile number from the online details they have been ringing multiple times a day/night and over the weekend. This is harassment and if I wanted the insurance I would have completed the online stuff. They do not get the hint even after days of me not answering my phone. Disgusting!

Have had YOUII for years now , House , contents and accidental , just had to say they are great when the sh*t hits the fan and you need them .... !

Why advertise online insurance if you have to get a unwanted phone call from someone who has low skills in the English vocabulary. . . . . .

Like everyone else, I went online to get a quote for my car insurance and instantly got a call from YOUI. They have called about 10 times since and I have just ignored it so far. I went back to their webpage and noticed that when you hover over Start a Quote (right next to Quote by Phone!!), the pop up says "If we are able to offer you cover we will call you to discuss out best deal" - wish I had seen that prior to clicking! Bad way of doing business YOUI!!

I requested a quote - like most others more expensive than AAMI so told them not to bother calling me back and I did not want time to think about it.

What happens - they called me back. I then got several marketing emails. I eventually sent in a complaint (via online form) telling tem DO NOT PHONE ME. DO NOT SEND ME EMAILS.

What happened I got a call from (07) 3719 4800. AHHHHHHHHHHHH frustration. never going to touch YOUI again

Rang briefly then cut out. No message was left. And yes I did seek an “on line” quote from Youi recently, but like everyone else they called me straight away and after an hour on the phone I decided not to proceed. Now I keep getting these calls.
