This morning the very next day, 8:02am with the 1st rang and another 9 rangs after this for the whole freaking morning that I needed to rest. They just keep ringing after ringing to wake you up. This is Youi way of operations, they get your number and pest you day and night. I only tried to get an online quote to compare it with the RAC, i took the call and 25 minutes after they send the quote which is always wayyyy more expensive than the RAC', and then they continue calling you. Give it a big miss

I wanted an online quote but they wouldn’t give me the price before I gave my phone number. This is the kind of hawkish behaviour the royal commission was supposed to stop. People don’t want to BE SOLD TO. I know the details are correct. I don’t need to be upsold so a consultant can meet anxiety inducing targets so the CEO can get a new Maserati and buy his 15th rental property and his 3rd wife a land rover defender and 3 rounds of Botox.

YOUi calling you in the middle of filling in your online quote. Male or female all use "mate", "awesome", "too easy", "100%" repetitively even when you point out that I am not their mate, if my answer to a question elicits an "awesome" response and I say your day is unlikely to get any better than this if this fills you with awe they seem bewildered. All sound like they were hired off street corners, given their scripts and told to do their best.

I submitted a online form to Youi Insurance for a comprehensive insurance quite. Someone rang me within seconds and aggressively pushing to pay online with many personal questions.

I came to Youi for a simple online quote — not to hand over my phone number and get hounded by sales calls. The website promises an instant online quote, but instead it funnels you into handing over your personal details, only to say “someone will call you.”

This is misleading at best and downright manipulative at worst. If I wanted to have a conversation with a salesperson, I would have picked up the phone myself. What I wanted was transparency and convenience — two things Youi clearly doesn’t value.

It’s 2025, and every other insurer can provide a straightforward online quote without the runaround. Youi’s approach feels outdated, pushy, and like a bait-and-switch tactic to harvest phone numbers rather than genuinely serve customers.

If you value your time and don’t want to be harassed into a “conversation” when you only wanted information, look elsewhere. Youi has lost my trust before I even considered them as an option.

I received a call from this number. The caller claimed to be from the FBI and said they had questions regarding a payment I supposedly received in 2020. Their tone was very demanding. I told them that I had never received any money from the place they mentioned and also said I believed they might be a scam. At that point, the caller hesitated for a moment and then hung up the phone.

Youi insurance. It is a horrible way to do business that you ask for a quote online. They call you for pushing you for more information and insisting call you back to get the deal done.

It is a bad impression to a potential customer and for sure I won’t do business with this company. I hope their company can see this.

Very VERY disrespectful and unprofessional.. they were double my current premium rate and are actually very mischievous and sneaky to get you to do an online quote and I did not want a call back and yet they still did. To make things worse , another staff member took the call and gave me the terrible price and I said no thanks and that they are way way too expensive and I am still getting calls from them - I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM 😡

Wanted to get a comprehensive car insurance quote through their website and if it was like any other half decent insurance providers you would be able to just see it printed at the end, with youi you go through filling in the details but at the end of the prompts you suddenly get shown that someone will give you a call soon. No thanks, I just want to see how much your offer is and don't have time to speak with your rep. It has been 2 days and they're still ringing

Entered my number on Youi's site for a "quick quote", only to get hit with an immediate call and SMS from this number. No quote, no warning — just aggressive follow-up. The site claimed it needed my mobile “to confirm it’s me”, but it was clearly just to push a call. Dodgy and spammy tactic. Avoid.

Entered my details onto Youi for a car insurance quote. Was immediately called by this number at 6pm and interrogated for 20 mins. I ended the call and requested I call back later when I arrived home. Kept calling me, even at 9pm. This was a horrible experience and traumatizing.
