Claimed that a $800 transaction from my Commonwealth bank account had been approved to a person in America.I do not have a Commonwealth bank account.

asked me about my telstra account. i asked him for my name but he couldn’t tell me. so i asked him if he could send me pics of his wife’s bobs and vagine so i can confirm who he is. he got upset and hung up on me.

Claimed an unapproved payment had been taken out of my Centrelink payment, to proceed please press 1; if I do not proceed I would be locked out of my Centrelink app.

Caller: Male with Indian accent

Said he was calling about my Telstra internet connection and they were receiving lots of alerts. I told him that was a miracle since I don't have Telstra internet and he argued the point with me. Told him to F off and hung up.

Caller: claiming to be from NBN regarding internet connection

Claimed his name was David, said there was an international transaction on my account that I had to "verity". Asked me what type of device I was on "apple or android".

Caller: fraudster

After reading all these comments I have blocked, reported and deleted.

Caller claims to be calling re my Mastercard or visa a/c. I just cleared and blocked caller.

No message. Nuisance caller.

Asked did I know about the increase in electricity prices

Had a missed call this number left a voice message using a different number (08) 6186 7589 3 in voice message with no content

Pre-recorded message from "Amazon" iphone 11 has been ordered on my account and will be charged to the card linked to the account. They have put the order on hold as it seems suspicious. Asked to make a selection 1 or 2, then I hung up.

I answered, usual pause whilst connecting to some call centre and then hangs up on me.

I had a call from the indian sounding guy from this number today - saying that there was $99 purchased from Amazon from my ISN (or ISP?) number and he was just checking.... I said "definitely not" - and then he hung up. Engaged when I rang back

Claiming to be from Telstra and was ringing up about my internet connection (in an English/Indian accent). I'm not a Telstra customer so hung up.
Clearly a scam of some sort.
Why can't the telcos shut them down.
