Beau Hall is so annoying he a debt collector for Nexxa and credit 4 and has contact my Facebook friends for no reason be careful he will stalk your Facebook and harass people!!

Again, as above I have had a similar experience. I recieved a missed call from a 0435 number looking for a family member of mine regarding some debt that they have. This person does not have any debt whatsoever and I am extremely sure of that. The same person has changed their name twice in the 10 minutes of speaking to me from "Blake" to "*hidden*" Be very careful everyone.

I keep on getting calls from Beau Hall he a debt collector at Nexxa keeps calling me at work and my family I have never had a debt with GE it's really annoying!!

Beau is another contact his mobile is0435 695 486 there harrassing me at work for no possible reason as i have never had a debt in my life

They called my husband - he has absolutely NO debts - in fact he is about 6 months ahead on our mortgage. No idea what they want, but certainly wont be calling them back!

called from a mobile number, sounded like he was in the middle of a street. left a message like he knew me "Drew, its Jamie, call me back on (07) 3198 3000. nothing more. he didnt identify himself, so i wont be calling back.

if i owe money, fine. id make an arrangement to pay it back, otherwise, im not dealing with someone as unprofessional as "jamie"

OMFG I'm not alone. I had a call from this *hidden* *hidden* 3 days ago, he left a message wants me to call him back. Today is Monday I had a call about 10 minutes ago from a Ryan. Both these men said they are from Nexxa. Who are they?

I have lost $1700 on two seperate depts i paid trying to do the right thing! Dont trust these frauds learn from my stupid mistake.

Got a phone call at 6:50pm on my home number from a private number asking for me by name. He said it is Jamie from Nexa. He asked "for privacy reasons please state your date of birth." I told him my DOB and he then said "that's not the same as what I have here". He then said he can't talk to me as he must be looking for another (my name) and terminated the call. I looked up Nexa for a phone number and my internet tells me there is no access to the website and had some random code number. I am now contacting police about this as he now HAS my DOB since I said it to him. DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL DETAILS OVER THE PHONE no matter what they tell you. I should have realised. If they are calling me then they have my details and it is illegal for them to ask.

The first call i received was from a man whom called himself "Dan" he was rude and the way he argued with me was like he was my husband or something.....i refused to talk with him and now im dealing with hannah...Anyways I finished paying off my debt last fortnight, and after inquiring about a personal loan through cash converters they are trying to tell me i still owe 118 dollars knowing damn well ive paid it...i am trying to contact them about this and what do you know..theres no answer...big f around if you ask me!!

This *hidden* *hidden* is now using the alias Mathew. My story is similar to many already posted but somehow my unlisted private mobile was contacted (re: a family member).
I was suspicious when he used my nickname and didn't know my real name nd that he referred to me in the wrong relation to my family member.
Silly Mathew, *hidden*. I am going to string him along for about a year or five and waste his time, money and life like he seems to be doing to so many others. :-)

To explain a few things ,under australian law and the privacy act we can NOT alound to tell people any information on a file or even id ourselfs as debt collectors under the accc guide lines unless the part knows or is the customer and the new version is coming out soon. WE CAN NOT give any information to third parties .
