Number was not familiar so I let it go to answer machine. No message left so number is now blocked.

Woman who confirmed she was call from India (not QLD) claimed to be from a company called Wealthfinders. Wanted to know if I owned a house, so no doubt they were scammers who wanted my "wealth". I am on do not call register so they most certainly are not legitimate.

They knew my name and I asked them not to call back and then when I tried to ring the number it didn’t have a dial tone.SCAM

11 auto rejected calls between 23 Jan 2018 and today 30 Jan 2018 are you kidding me these people are relentless!!! wish they would go away!

Call received ... you answer and say "hello?" several times ... no response and clear time lag and then noise. Sometimes they speak and other times they hang up. Immediately after the call, I go into my recent call history, find the number and block the caller (via the smart phone). Next time they call they will need a new line/number. Rinse and repeat.

I never answer unidentified numbers anymore. If it is legit they will leave a message & I will call them back if I am interested

Male Indian accent, knew my surname with "how are you today" greeting. I told him that I did not know him and hung up. Ph the number... no dial tone. Obviously the call was generated over the net.

Missed call on 9 November, 2017. No message. Gather from other posts that this number is associated with snake oil pedlars.

Phone rings 3-4 times then they (serial pests!) hang up. I have set up barring on my phone. Sucked in!
