Caller: Suncorp insurance ? I had a call from this number yesterday regarding Suncorp Insurance claim I put in. Woman named ARE pronounced Aree. I asked her to spell name. Asked me a lot of questions but could hardly understand her. Workman at my house at the time and I told him. He said check, it could be SPAM. I ALSO RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THIS PERSON TO SAY SHE WOULD BE CALLING IN 10 minutes prior to call. When she asked for my bank details I said I would not give them out. I rang Suncorp Insurance afterwards and they said it was 1 of their phone numbers which is a Brisbane number, and they do ask for bank details over the phone???????? NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE AND IVE BEEN WITH SUNCORP INSURANCE FOR DECADES!!!!!!!!!!! I logged in to Suncorp web site and sure enough there was a message from ARE to say she had called. I just Don’t get it ????? SO MUCH SPAM IN EMAILS AND MESSAGES NOW. DONT KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE ANY MORE. So confused

This call claiming to be from insurance, wanted all my details, sounded so dodgy I thought it was a scam. Hence me checking the number. Ended the call once I said I had spoken to someone already.

Caller: AAMI They wanted to confirm car registration, then ask for e-mail and address for identification. Sounded dodgy as I have no claim being processed. Was to send me an email, never came. More sh*t heads wasting our time, give them no info.

Caller: Natsaha claiming to be from AAMI Left a message on a Friday and gave me a AAMI number to call back on. Called AAMI and they had no idea who the person was. Nataha called back again the following Monday and asked for credentials before they could tell me what it was about other than it was to do with a claim I had filed. I'm not even with AAMI. I refused to give her any information since she wouldn't identify herself properly and I eventually hung up.
