Caller: Mark Stevens Or Steveson

I had received a call from the above caller stating he is calling from QLD Police and then went into a pitch of supporting the police with regards to Police Remembrance Day and how they use to be funded by government but due to budget cuts they are no longer receiving funds and they are now seeking funds from local businesses to go towards the Wallopers Police Rugby Union Golden Oldies and in return we can have our business promoted in their Commemorative Booklet for a cost of course and he gave three options. I have received an email, but it didn't look legit to me, and I had a few red flags. I called our local Police, and they confirmed its a scam, said he's trying to get more of my details / credentials to obviously do no good with it!! I have also noticed there has been several complaints with this number 0484 590 556 - and now they are using this 0499 820 557 with a different name. So, watch out!!

Caller: Queensland police

Obviously from the other comments its a scam would ask for the owner of the business said there is no problem but wouldn't say what they want cant be from qld police and Victoria Police aswell as other comments

Claims to be from police wanting to speak to the owner will not give any information or police id obviously trying to sell advertising

Got this crap call don't know what they want. Must be scam caller

He called me saying he is the police and wanted to speak to the company director. I told him this was a government phone. He then asked to speak to the CEO. I told him to go to the government website and use the contact details there.

His name is MARK Blanchard.

Caller: justine

Got a call from this number today saying his name was Justine and he works for the Victorian Police and he is looking for funding etc.
I re-called him. he picks up.
I have informed the police they are tracking his number
