After a couple missed calls from this number- an “accident assist adviser” called back- regarding my past “accident”....
.....”Ohhh.... yeah! When I accidentally f*cked your Dad?....”
Then the call cut out??..... Hmmm....waiting patiently for them to call back- with their offer of assistance.

I got the same message from someone with an Indian accent who told me about a recent accident I had and I told them that was bad news, and completely new news to me.

SCAM - Said wanted to speak about compensation claim following car accident, explained had not had an accident and asked how got my number, was then asked if anyone in the family had an accident, I said no and they said sorry and hung up.

SCAM!! Female Indian asking whether I have been in an accident in the last two years.

Caller: Indian Guy called Kenny

Called from phone number 0488 863 266 stating that he worked for a panel of solicitors who were involved in helping me with a workplace accident. I asked him his ABN number and the law practice that he was from and he just said "Legal Assist" and hung up.

Caller claimed I had been involved in an accident in the previous two years. When quizzed on details on the company, they hung up on me.

called one day said I was too busy... went on here and found it was a scam run by "legalAssist".
Did an ABN lookup, domain Whois, etc and found what I thought were the details..
They called again after a few days and I asked to speak to "my friend Max".. their boss according to the ABN and domain registrations...was put on hold for ages then they either hung up or the line got dropped...

Same as below comments - Indian man telling me that I've apparently had an accident in the past two years and they can provide legal assistance. I questioned him, he was struggling with his answers. I then told him he was full of sh*t and I hung up. Getting so many of these calls lately, I actually look forward to them because it's a good outlet to release the day's tension :P

As others have stated , they caller tried to convince me that myself or someone at the address had had an accident 2 years ago . Totally rubbish and when he couldn’t get anything out of me he said good bye

Best two minutes of my life!! As soon as I heard his voice, I knew he was a scammer. Legal Assist, to help with my recent claim. Told him I've never had an accident, never made a claim. Told him I know he is a scam. Could hear his buddy in the background saying "Have you told her? Have you told her?" I continued to tell him I know its a scam, asked where he got my number. He replied from www.legalassist.com to which I replied "bullsh*t" as this is a scam. He asked how I know its a scam; I replied because I have a brain in my head and am not an idiot. Eventually he hung up. Twits. Can't believe people get away with this, or that others fall for it. It's sad:(

Just got a call from these scammers (Indian lady).
She asked if I or someone in my family had been in an accident in the last three years and that she had received my phone number (Didn't expand on how she got my phone number).
She gave me the website, and when I looked it up it showed it wasn't a secure website, when I told her, she said "Well it is". ha ha ha

When you read the 'ABOUT US' section, you can tell someone with limited English skills wrote it.
