Trying to get $330 dollars from my credit card details for Stock trading.
Very rude person, and pushing his pitch to me.
When I REFUESED to hand over the Credit Card details, emailed me. Then became very rude and abusive when I did not send any money.

Same as the other posts here. Female caller saying she is from legal assist. Calling in regards to an accident i had. I told her I haven't had an accident and this is the 5th call I've had, stop calling. Then I hung up. Do not answer this number and block it.

I answered and they hung up on me straight away.

Julie from Legal Assist regarding an accident I had within the last year that resulted in injuries...i asked her for the date of the accident which she couldn't provide (cause I hadn't been in any). I then advised her I work in the QLD CTP insurance scheme, that she was a claims farmer and I'd be reporting her, her 'company' and her mobile number to our regulatory body MAIC...she was not happy and started to abuse me...i laughed and told her to pick a better mark next time...

Same as per basically all comments. It is a scam, stay away and block the numbers. It is still unbelievable how this has not been stopped by the police yet.

I missed a call from 0488 859 431. Called back, no dial tone or answer. Sounds like a scam though??

The number came up as potential fraud, so I didn't answer it and they weren't polite enough to leave me a msg... Just rude

Woman said she had been advised that someone on this number had been in an accident. As it turns out my husband is currently in hospital following a serious motorbike accident, so I thought it was something about that from CTP provider. It wasn't until she asked if it was in the last 2 years (it was in last 2 weeks) that I realised it was a scam and hung up.

Lady with strong accent saying she was from legal assist, when I asked her if this was a scam, she said YES! Hilarious. Guess I caught her out..

This is the same call centre calling pretending to do solar, but they quickly ask to sign you up for a solar program that doesn't exist. I have blocked the last 3 numbers but this one called a few times today.

Obvious scam is obvious.
Said I was in a car crash in the last 2 years.

A lady with a thick accent asked if I had been in an accident. Scam and now number blocked.

Caller: Scamming. Male, with Indian accent.

I picked up and they said they were from legal assist informing that they'd been an accident claim against me. I don't own a car, so I knew where this was going and played for a little bit. When I shared I don't have a car, they then asked about my family. I confronted them and said I know this is a scam call, and he jumped straight to defence and said "did I ask for any personal or financial information?" Exactly what a scared scammer would say, mate.

100% scammer. Block them!
