Thank you for your enquiry and I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond, but I've been very busy with my work for the last few days.
The caravan is still for sale and it has been reduced for immediate sale because it belongs to my brother-in-law, and the reason for selling is that his age and ill health now prevent him from camping, so the caravan must be sold because he is no longer able to continue. I have Power of Attorney to enable me to sell it, so you don't have to worry because I can manage the sale on his behalf without any problem.

The caravan is in excellent condition inside and out, no water damage, no mechanical problems, beautifully maintained, modern styling with all the comforts of home and comes with roadworthy certificate, gas certificate, registration and no money owing, so there's nothing to spend money on it!
Please note that we have had the caravan for sale on several locations in Australia to increase the chances of a quick sale, but it is currently located in Bourke, NSW to my residential address and given the urgency of this situation we have decided to sell it for the final price of $9,300 delivered. Inspection time will be 7 days starting from the day it arrives to your address and that includes driving test on the road and also if you want, you can do a verification by a professional and authorised vehicle-service or by any mechanic you want. Ebay will send you the documents confirming everything I said once you agree to buy the caravan and the transaction is registered by me on your name as the official buyer.

He's advertising a 2020 Toyota Corolla for $11k. Virtually the exact same long email except the above mentioned scam has the caravan replaced by the Toyota. I just searched his name and came onto this info here.
