Said they were from Commonwealth Bank and needed to verify a payment that I had apparently made. I don't even bank CBA and called them scammers. They hung up

Just had this call - said he was Alex and about my internet. I just told him not again - bugger off and hung up on him

Recorded msg. Visa fraud. Oz accent which is disgusting. SCAM

I answered and there was silence for a few seconds then a man with an accent (Indian?) answered yelling "hello hello!" In the background it sounded like a noisy call centre. I hung up.

Caller: Scammers pretending to be PayPal

Said they are from Paypal investigating fraudulent purchase of gift cards from our paypal account. SCAM! He asked me to put the phone on loud speaker so I could see my "apps" and wanted me to install an app to allow them to "block and credit back the transaction", asked if I had an iphone or android.

I hung up and then they instantly tried calling me back twice from (03) 5953 3108

No message left

They rang but thankfully was on another call - they did not leave a message.

Person stated they were investigating an unusual transaction from "my" commonwealth bank account, when I told him we're a Drug and alcohol counselling service, he just hung up.

Mastercard scam. Claiming my card was used in a transaction. Do not own a Mastercard.

Automated voice - pretended to be ebay claiming that a $299 order had been made on ebay and would be charged to my credit card.

Lol they don't call, also I don't have NBN I don't even have a phone socket. They hung up right after when I said that.
