I missed a call on or around 1:50pm. I called back later that afternoon to return the call missed. On the other end of the call, it was answered by a female either by the name of TOULA or VOULA. She refused to declare information about the company and advised its a PRIVATE BUSINESS and that it was a SHARED BUSINESS LINE. I persisted to ask who and where she was from until she became agressive and said I DIDN"T CALL YOU I WILL TRANSFER YOU TO ANDREW. I asked how they got my number and she further advised she didn't have a clue and handed over information to the effect of "were looking to talk with melissa or emmanuel". I said none of those names resonated with me so I can't assist. She said well i don't know why or who called. I replied saying that you just handed over information to me without being prompted. She proceeded to transfer me to ANDREW who then answered with HI MELISSA and I asked where are you calling from and he proceeded to talk over me until i said i was not melissa i dont know who you are and what you want. Andrew became extremely agressive and said "IF YOU ARE NOT MELISSA WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME. I DONT NEED TO TELL YOU ANYTHING". I said i wasn't the one who called me first, how did you get my number? To which he then hung up.

Scam much or?

A gentleman called me today using this number and said that he is looking to get a message to someone who live just around the corner from me and stated the street and asked me to confirm that this was the nearest cross street to my address.
As the Trucaller app on my phone listed the number as "Scam" I refused to confirm any details and started to tell him that as he is listed as a scammer, I would not be helping him. He hung up before I could complete my sentence.

I received a call from Rod, to pass a message through to a friend. I kindly passed it on. My friend told me that he was so glad to call him back because without calling back he wouldn't have got him mortgage approved. My friend sent was so appreciative of the message and he sent me through some Easter eggs and a card for my help. Not exactly too sure what it was about but seems that he was pretty happy that I passed on the message.

A lady names Lauren called feom this number today, asking if I knew someone who lives close by and whether I could get a message to them. The lady was very polite, though unwilling to provide any details other than she was calling from a private business in Sydney. When probed, she said she got my name from facebook, though my phone number is not listed on facebook. She then mentioned she got my number from a data base. Refusing to provide further information, Lauren hung up.

Got a call from a Jennifer. she would not give me the name of the business she was calling from just said she was trying to contact a person who had the same surname as me and was ringing all the people with this surname. She stated it was for a personal matter. I said she was breaching my privacy by having a my phone number as the number is not even in my name and would not tell me where she got the number from. I'll give her one positive she was polite.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not answer this or return the call. Rodney McGrath is a big scam artist and is trying to steal personal information.

Female asked if I knew a person and that they had identified myself as extended family. Advised he was extended family of my husbands family advised he was not and had not heard of him.
Advised unknown person had listed as family contact. Asked where she got details replied Facebook, advised husband does not have Facebook, she proceeded to describe profile picture, advised description was definitely not my husband.
Definitely scammers as she was fishing for information.
