Rod was an absolute delight to deal with. I was apprensive to call him at first but Rod and his team were confident and reassured us throughout the journey. With sheer determination and focus he simply put my best interests and goals first as a priority to achieve the best outcome for me. Thank you Rod for everything that you have done for me, you have exceeded my expectations. If there was an option to put 6 out of 5 stars as a review I would have, you definitely deserve it!

Called asking about contacting someone they thought was my cousin. Saying it was about private post and wanted my cousin to get back to them. Seems like a scam

Got a call from a "Rod" who wouldn't clarify who they were. They said they were trying to track down someone and said they were connected to my name (uncommon name) from Sydney. I said I've never heard of that person, and I'm not from Sydney. I asked Rod who he was again and he just said "Rod" so I hung up.

Someone called Laura rang and asked me to pass a message to an acquaintance. When asked where she got my number from, she said Facebook..but my number is not on fb..definitely fishy.

I received a call from a Rod to pass a message through to a neighbour of mine. I passed the message through to a neighbour. My neighbour advised me that they were so very thankful for getting the message through from Rod as Rod was wanting to make sure that my neighbour received the post. My neighbour was so very happy to reconnect with Rod and said that Rod was absolutely amazing! My neighbour said the message was really important and was extremely happy to speak with Rod. Seems legit, my neighbour was very happy for my help.

Caller: I don’t know

Asked me to get a message to one of my neighbours.
Kept repeating their names and I have no idea who they are. Asked me to get a message to them as he wanted to reconnect with them but their phone number was disconnected . I told him to post a letter.
I asked how he got my phone number and he said it was off a residential street list of phone numbers. Weird phone call overall. Especially since he called me my daughters name which my phone number is not in her name. Again, weird phone call. He knew my address. I asked why he couldn’t drive to see them if he wanted to reconnect so badly but he said he lived in Sydney. Told me if I wanted to be a nice person I’d go pass on a message to my neighbour. I told him it was weird and I don’t even know who they are! Pretty sure it was a scam call for what reason I don’t know. He just kept talking and giving me the same spiel over and over. Not clear on what the point of the scam call was but weird to waste their time like that.

I missed a call on or around 3:30pm. I called back to return the call missed. On the other end of the call, it was answered by a Damon. He said he wanted to know what number I called from so he can work out who called me. I refused to let him know and I asked him which company he was from and stated he is a PRIVATE BUSINESS in Sydney. I persisted to ask who and where he was from and put me on hold to find out who called me so I hung up. I received a call back and a Rob said he tried to call me back I asked again where is was from, and he replied that he dropped some sleepers of at a neighbours home and needed to get in contact with them and stated a street near me. I said you were not being transparent with me because Damon told me you were a private businesses from Sydney. He said yes and are you going to help me with your neighbours information so I can get in touch with them? I said No again you are not being transparent and I hung up. I believe they are trying to narrow down your information and people near you to obtain more. Total crap.

Yes the same happened to me today. Said he was Rod from Sydney and could I get a message to someone who lived up the street from me. Knew my street which was a bit of a worry as well as my name. Had a spiel about that I was helping him to get this message across and I would be doing the right thing. I refused and told him no as I did not know who he was, could be an abuser for all I know and the person did not want to be found. He hung up pretty quickly.

Missed a call but no voicemail left. Phoned back and spoke with a female who asked for my full name. I asked what the company was and what the call was regarding and she said it was a shared line. I advised that I'm not providing my full name until she advises what the call was regarding. She said that they are an investigative service and she cannot share details or the company (due to privacy) until she has my full name. Advised her that I am not comfortable with providing this and they can call back and leave a message with some detail around who they are if they need to speak with me.

they are a scammer who says they are looking for someone by your name and ask you for your date of birth.
