I occasionally use my maiden name for this reason, the dude rang me and ask twice first time am I ... using first name, I said who am I talking to, the reply was asking am I .. using full name. I said who are you, he said I’m ringing about your electricity account. My reply was you wanker I don’t have one and hung up. Our electricity is in hubby’s name.
DIRTY FILTHY GERMS, trying to get peoples personal information! 🤬

Have called repeatedly on my work office line on a Saturday at about the same time. Hangs up and then rings out when I we try to return the call.

Scam -number blocked

Been getting missed calls from 0480 022 814. Said she was calling from Energy Saver and wanted to chat about my electricity bills (she also knew my first name). I immediately said that I did not want to receive these calls anymore and want my number removed from their list. Hung up immediately. Will be blocking this number.

I answered this caller and no one was there. I said hello again and this feeble soft voice on the other end actually said my name. And I replied, are you looking for (my name)? They then hung up.
I also can not block this number. I can block others but not this number.

Caller: Indian scammer

Indian guy called asking about new rates for my energy bill. Said I was a minor and he hung up instantly. 100% a scam do not answer

Called and knew my name, in very broken English said she was from an Energy company, and "you don't want to pay bill"...obvious scam . Blocked the number

I keep getting called by this number but they hang up as soon as I answer. Try to call back and it doesn't even ring.

I received a call from this number at around 2.50pm Oct 8th 2020. I missed the call so I called back. The phone didn't even ring - like an engaged sound. I tried again and same sound - confirmed to me that something was not right so checked here and sure enough my suspicions were confirmed.

Energy bill information - do not answer.

A man with strong Indian accent asking me about my electricity and gas bill rates how he can save me money. Stopped him mid rant and explain I am uninterested, hopefully this stops the multiple class I had been getting each day. I believe it may be a scam.

Did not answer and they did not leave a message. If it was a legitimate call they would leave a message. Blocked!!

Very poor connection, very poor English trying to get details on electricity bills. Likely a scam, or at least unwanted telemarketing.

I received few calls from this number. I returned the call and the phone appeared disconnected. Anyway, it seems suspicious, better to avoid it as many people is reporting this number.

Apparently person named Sophie regarding electricity bill, just hang up!
