Caller: 0480 016 864 They are going to send the following; Your card ending in **** was successfully added to Apple Pay on your iPhone. If you did not initiate this action, please block your card in your mobile app and contact your financial institution for further assistance.
They will then call you on (02) 8299 9534 pretending to be an anti fraud investigation team from Beyond Bank.
Just ignore them. Don’t pick up, answer or respond to anything even if you think you have been compromised. If you’re urgent to find out if you have contact your bank ONLY.

Caller: 0480 016 864 Yep I had the same thing happen to me earlier this mornin. I was trying to make a purchase online which kept getting cancelled on their end, which I thought was strange at the start because I thought it had something to with my payment. Anyway I then received a text saying the same thing. They are definitely setting up fake shop fronts online to harvest and collect data and then they’re using the spoofing trick to scam people into thinking their details are at risk in an attempt to try and gain trust so that you provide them with your personal information so that they can gain access to your bank sccoujt by helping you troubleshoot on your end. Absolute clowns!
