Said they were from neighbourhood watch and were issuing a magazine. Wanting donations for advertising. Very suspicious. Cold call obviously. Not legit. Blocked.

Caller: Some B*Sht about a police journal for our 'girls in blue'

Australian female tells me she is from some Police Journal and states "First of all - I don't wear a uniform, so you are not in any trouble" - (wow...what a relief!)Then she went on to tell me about how our girls in blue are the ones who generally attend rapes and domestic violence....Really? (Nope - it's whoever is on duty, but carry on). blah blah...bullsh*t, bullsh*t - ummm I'm sorry so what "police journal" is it you are referring to?"

This is a scam, second one I've received this year. My business looks after the health and mental wellbeing of my clients - don't use Police Officers trauma to scam people you telephone leaches.

I called back the number 0478 287 457 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

This guy is rude. "I'm calling from victoria police" like you are in some sort of trouble
You are actually calling on behalf of Victoria Police you tool.

Neighbourhood watch scam. Not even in the same state.

Missed a call from 0478 287 019 a few hours ago, reverseaustralia say this number is also running the same scam.

Same sounds like a cold caller
