Received a text message which read "You paid Amt. $2769.99 against Sony 55' LED 4K UHD SMART TV on 2021/05/24 AMAZON#407SV422015, Contact us: (08) 7200 0055 if it's not done by you". Apart from the poor grammar in those final few words and the fact that I haven't bought anything from Amazon, a quick search for the number they suggested I call confirms that the text is a scam. Would love to know how they got my number considering it's on the Do Not Call Register (which I know is a farce in many cases, but most scammers back off when they hear those words).

Answered call, said "Hello" twice then they hung-up ... new SPAM caller I'd imagine so be warned
