Noisy office, said they were calling about solar rebates. Asked if I had panels. Hung up on them. Worryingly, they knew my name. Not sure where they got that. No, we don't have panels.

Calling about solar panel rebates. Knew my name and suburb. Didn't know address. Very pushy and kept repeating herself. Asked if the house is owned, if solar panels are installed and if it was a single dwelling. Called back the number and automated message saying unavailable and can't receive a message. Dodgy!

This is my partners number. His number has somehow been taken and they are calling random people. He’s getting 1000s of missed calls every day and abusive messages but ITS NOT HIM CALLING YOU. Vodafone said they are aware of this common problem with phones and the hackers should stop after a couple of weeks.

Thanks to everyone who posted here. I ignored this call and so glad I did.

They called my phone. Do not answer their questions they sound dodgy and pushy

Phone services showed Potential Fraud, did not answer blocked the number showed in call as 0452 345 638

Phone service automatically advised me that call was potential fraud so didn't answer.

No one spoke -I hung up -We are on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER-What is the point in having one if these companies IGNORE that??

I had the same problem with a Gumtree scammer who used my mobile number.

TRIED CALLING ME, WHEN I REJECTED CALL THEY KEPT CALLING UNTIL I ANSWERED. I HAVE RECEIVED THESE CALLS ONCE EVERY WEEK. SO ANNOYING
CALLER ID COMES UP AS JTRE PROJECTS?

Received call. Not in my contact list so registered under ‘silent call’. Did a reverse phone check and found that other ppl have also received calls from this phone number. 100% this is a scam! Ppl be aware. Blocked number and deleted!

These guys have harassed me six times so far this week.

Happy to leave a comment here to warn others but I encourage EVERYONE to go to https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/ and fill out a report.

Also, if you are on the Do Not Call Registry, contact them and tell them how you’ve been harassed despite being on it.

None, I just deleted the message telling me that I missed a call from the number. I did a reverse phone call check and so it appears that there is 100% probability that this is a scam! Ppl please be aware. Fraud probability as well!

So much for telstra blocking spam callers with millions of tax payers money and legal requirement.If multiple ppl have this number listed here, and we are reg as Do Not Call, why is this number allowed to cold call market? I'm looking at you Minster Rowlands, Min for Communications (2023)
