Hi there, what about when the send letters threatening legal action etc?

have lodged formal complaints about the company and nothing has changed

Debt collector do not answer.

Always ringing on different numbers. If you do not know the number do not answer. They never leave a message. Check the number

Just in reply, it is 5 yrs the debt can not be chased not mentioned, except there are certain conditions for a bank debt (approx. up to 15yrs) if no contact has been made and keeping the debt active.

it's credit Corp. how it works is, you owe money and they ring to work out when you are paying it back.

only a nuisance if you choose it to be.

Didn't leave a message but have received many many similar calls from many many different #s, all linked to Credit Corp. - googled and read lots of bad things about them. I don't owe any $ to anyone but apparently this is irrelevant to credit corp

I called back number 0424 750 636 spoke to a woman who said company name is Credit Corp.
