I believe they're called Impact because all the staff have suffered a strong impact to the head at least once and have absolutely no idea what listening is. I've paid my bill and have blocked their number

this number calls multiple times day and late at night. Never leave a message don't know who they are but when I called from a landline it was impact financial services either indian or asian and never say what they want. Have tried to block but they always find a way to get through grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
