Yep, my numbers are similar but I have more of them as well. I bought stuff on TEMU, immediately after I started getting spam phone calls from the numbers I have listed below. Your details will be sold to unsolicited and fake call centres, supposedly calling themselves charities. That is how all the stuff on TEMU is cheap. Here is the list of fake phone numbers that have tried to spam me so far, just in case you get a call from one of them. I have had multiple phone calls from each number, and this started on 25 May 2023 – less than one month has passed since this this post. They are trying to extract details out of you, don't fall for it. As you can see, they are very, very persistent and will cycle through a raft of phone numbers.

I don't usually answer I picked up this morning and said nothing and the beeps went within seconds with nothing being said on the other side. I have had all the variations of this number call in the last few weeks with a lot before that too. They are pests. I did have some woman's voice mention Kindness project at some point just before I hung up some months ago. They call on the landline which I no longer answer but I do to one I recognise on there. When are the telephone companies going to stop these scammers? The do not call register is not working!

9961 0285, 9961 0282, 9961 0281, 9961 0284, 9961 0283. these are the numbers that call me, I have not picked up any of their calls and they refuse to leave a message. they never call from the same number 2 times in a row. annoying.

Caller: SCAM

This number - along with other similar numbers in the same range - are Spam/Scam. They are from YourKindnesssurvey "Charity" that is based in the Phillipines. They do not stop calling at all. They are definitely a problem and at least my smart phone blocks their calls. I am getting them 2 or 3 times a day and the telco does not do anything about it. The company obviously has some STUPID people as if they ring and no one answers - why keep trying???? ABSOLUTELY STUPID PEOPLE AND COMPANY

Caller: The kindness project

I answered this call and “the kindness project” caught me off guard. I gave away a lot of personal information and answered questions about which causes I cared about eg. Environment, child abuse, homelessness. For 3 months now I’ve been receiving numerous daily calls from legitimate Australian charities. After signing up to one of these charities I asked them where they got my phone number from and they said it was supplied/purchased from the kindness project. Apparently it’s based in Philippines. I tried the ombudsman and Telstra to stop calls but they both said charities are allowed to make nuisance calls. Despite only a small percentage of donated money making it to real charitable work after call centres and management costs , I still give to charities. Allthough lately I just answer by saying “please don’t call me” then hang up.

(03) 9961 0285 (27/6), (03) 9961 0285 (26/6) (03) 9961 0268 (24/6)... CALLS are always blocked but still registering on my phone. The idiots must have nothing else to do all day to keep ringing the way they do... telcos unable to stop as "charity" even the ombudsman says to advise telco... so the major Telecommuncations tell us not to answer and report but unable to help their customers.

Utterly relentless, psycho scammers that refuse to give up even if you have never once answered and have blocked every one of the many numbers they use. They still try to call, morning and night - whatever their two brain cells think the point of that might be. I don't hear the phone ringing but the unceasing attempts to call me still enrage me.
The trouble is that they doubtless actually scam people. It is 2023. We are being warned that AI may take over the world. Surely there is something the authorities can do to put a stop to this plague of scam calls.

Caller: The Kindness Charity acting in an unkind way

Female purporting to be from the "kindness charity" conducting a survey on people's donation attitudes. I'm afraid I let her have both barrels of my anger especially at being called daily at inconvenient times of the evening on disguised number ranges. I told her in no uncertain terms to never waste my time by calling me again.

Caller: A guy with a filipino accent

Likely a scam / nuisance caller. Stated that he was calling from "mykindnesssurvery charity" and was going through a list of charities and asking whether I would like a call back from said charities so that I could donate to them.

Unsafe part was that he knew my postcode, address and a name of someone living here.

Has called again x2 the next day, asking for me.

Same scammers 03 9961 02**

These miserable lowlife scammers simply will not give up. I've never once spoken to them, the other numbers they've used are blocked, but still they refuse to give up, using slightly different numbers (03) 9961 0267, 0282, 285 so far). I am sick to death of it.
Please never answer calls from these moronic pests or this harassment of people in their own homes will never stop.
