I called them on (03) 8620 5688, then I did it again and again. I get unlimited calls, maybe I'll call them again. I know, it's petty, but it's satisfying.

I get about 10-15 calls a week from 9940 2000.
Sometimes up to 6 in a day about 1/2 an hour apart.
In fact the last 9 missed calls I have are from this number.
Get lost Wallis!

Stop being a pest (03) 9940 2000, again another stuff up on the governments part, what does "DO NOT CALL MEAN" means what it says.

Well telephone ombudsman need to wisen up. They call for a socalled survey, which i think is a loophole for the Do Not Register list, then once they find out your income, they ask you if you want to attend a free seminar or have a consultant call you, etc etc, The survey is a scam to get to talk to you. Ive said on many occasions, "No i do not wish to be contacted from anyone, and they still do a few days later. Shonky people. Will talk about Tax withholding. Don't bother, will just try to sell you property or some other overinflated investment.

We're on the do not call register and the phone rang from this number at around tea time.

Ive had tons of calls in the past few weeks. I ended up calling them on (03) 8620 5688 and found it was them and I gave them a mouth full then they promised to take me off the list!

5 'ring-ring's only, 4 times on 12/4/12 & twice on Sunday 15/4/2012. Go away you annoying people - we are on the do not call register.

I too am on the do not call register - whats the point if these guys can still call. I am on the do not call register because I do not want these sort of alls - at least two missed calls today - rings three times and stops - not long enough for me to get to it and blast them..

I often get phone calls relating to surveys. 99% of them are not relevant to me or my family.Waste of time!

I had a call today from the number (Saturday).
we do not use our home phone for anything but internet, so i dont answer the calls unless i know the number. usually only family call on that number. Majority of the time, the home phone is on silent.
I am also on the DO NOT CALL register, and have been for only 2 years.
How can they legally call when registered to NOT get these types of calls?!

Just rec'd a call at 7pm from (03) 9940 2000..rang three times. I didnt answer these calls suck.

Receiving a couple of calls a day on my work phone (the message clearly indicates it is a work number) I have better things to deal with at work than this rubbish

I called it back (did not answer because I thought I recognised the number from previous attempts) and this is the recorded message -

"You've called The Wallace Consulting Group and Market Research Company, based in Melbourne, if you wish to contact someone regarding a survey please call (03) 8620 5688"

I have since gone to re-register myself for the do not call list as I obviously am no longer registered there - (wouldn't have thought it had been 5 years since I registered but anyway...)

I too have registered on Don't call. Fortunately I have a message to discourage soliciting. I only pick up my phone if I recognise who is calling.

(03) 9940 2000 Rings 2-3 times a day for many months... told not interested.. to no avail..some A H telling me how to save money. BLOODY PEST.

i find it funny that they called me for a survey on my private home number as i used to work in the telemarketing industry and know that i have entered the do not call list and they can be up for a personal fine of $10,000 and the company up for a $250,000 dollar fine if i report them.
