Yep they rung me with the same bullsh*t line that she was a representative of Telstra. I said I don't believe you. I asked for her name and id number she told me her name was Rose WILSON, even though she had an almost impossible accent of Indian origin that I could just understand. She told me her id number was D145800 at 242 Exhibition St Melbourne 3000. The number she rang me on was (03) 9107 5000 SCAM SCAM SCAM KEEP AWAY.

They call everyday and insist on having the computer checked because of hackers. Indian accent, lots of noise in the background. Best action- Blow a whistle into the phone.

Not a scam - just Telstra calling back to check everything is working after we experienced line outage.

They keep calling from (03) 9107 5000 to tell me our IP Address has been hacked. I rang back ( blocking my number) and they keep calling. I threatened to call the police but they still keep calling, taken phone off the hook now as it's nearly 9pm

I just received a call 5 minutes ago from the "Telstra Technical Department" stating that someone had obtained my IP address. I said that my service provider was not with Telstra and the representative replied that my service provider rents the line from Telstra. I asked her for Telstra's number and her name and that I would call 9107 5000, the number she supplie. She said she would stay on the line and asked me to use my mobile to call the number. Super dodgy. I hung up straight away!

I called this number back and it seemed like a legitimate Telstra recorded message (mature Australian female voice) re my recent complaint. It said they may try to call me again, but meanwhile call 132200 if I have any other issues.

Scammer confirmed

Have been rung quite a few times over the past couple of weeks. Always Indian people on phone advising that hackers are accessing our computer whenever we are doing on line activities and asking us to log onto the computer and they will show us how to fix it. I have refused each time. We are not even with Telstra for a start! Plus, she didn't even know my name.
Lady today Sarah John, gave me a Telstra number (03) 9107 5000. it is a Telstra number but I rang Telstra's 13 22 00 number to confirm and they have advised that these people are scammers and that they will access your computer to obtain your details.

Telstra Tech support calling back in regards to a fault lodged in a business line. No issues with this being a scam or telemarketing number. It was a legitimate call back for me.

This is DEFINITELY A SCAMMER!! 'Eric Watson from Telstra Tech Support' called trying to tell me there was a problem with my internet. We are not with Telstra for internet services. When challenged he told me it was a behind the scenes issue I wouldn't be aware of. When I asked for his name, position and contact number to verify the call he gave me the above name and position and the phone number (03) 9107 5000. When he was called a scammer he got irate and told me I was rude. I have since called Telstra to verify the call made to us and there has been no call made to our number by them. The number he is giving may be a legitimate Telstra number but that is not where he is calling from. WATCH OUT FOR DODGY SCAMMERS!!

My landline was rung at 5:30am. The phone stopped ringing before I could wake up enough to answer.
*10# gave (03) 9107 5000 as the Last Unanswered Call.

I have had numerous ammounts 3 in fact of $56.70 taken from my account without any product being sent to me and after I stopped the delivery of any future items. This to me is stealing and I am prepared to take it further if the amount is not refunded to me within 5 days. I have rung repeatedly to cancel the orders and tell you to stop taking the money to no avail. I have the details of each deduction with the ref numbers The dates are 13 Sept 30 aug 19 july and the 5 july I did not like the coffee and cancelled it straight away. How many more have you done this to. Please respond immediatedly and refund the money. or I will be taking action

These people seem to be using a Telstra Support number. I gleaned information out of them, then told them that I did not have an account with Telstra, which I don't.

Called back on this number by Telstra rep regarding a complaint that I lodged with Telstra. If it's a scammer then they have also hacked Telstra's complaint database..
