Got solicited in Big W at XMas to make a donation to Act for Kids. Promised I wouldn’t be contacted directly or spammed but needed my mobile number and email address for legitimacy purposes apparently. Now they call and email. I’ve unsubscribed from their emails and just blocked their number... Hopefully that will be enough. Be aware!

Fund raising for children via raffle tickets. They got my number because I gave money to a door knocker.

Scam, constant messages from MyTeamGE stating shipping instructions on delivery to click on link. Not deliveries expected.

I inquired them about the continuous phone calls receiving from them.
They told me that they asking some third company to giving a phone call to existing customer. That means, yes, the phone calls are from Act for kids.
I asked to stop ringing me everyday.

I have been called at least three times a week for the last 3 months from this number, had to block it, still getting missed calls. Could be legitimate charity Im not sure, but super aggressive attempt at fundraising

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS!
A cheery man told me his name was something like Andrew, thanked me for donating to Act For Kids in the past (which I had,) and told me there were more raffle tickets available if I wished to donate to them to continue their work. He told me I was being recorded and asked for my permission - which you should never accept but I stupidly did. He then wanted my credit card details, which I also have over the phone. Do not do this.
Straight away I felt something was wrong and rang the Act For Kids office and told them what had just happened. They told me that it was definitely nothing to do with them or their organisation. Bank said it was definitely a scam.
