This number calls once or twice a day with nobody on the other end - why are these numbers not being cut off? Clearly they have been used for spamming people. If someone is still paying for that line number, they should be contacted in regard to the nuisance calls from their number. If it's not being paid CUT IT OFF!

Bloody annoying.... 'goodbye' and hangs up. If you ring the number it's just an automated voice saying 'goodbye' over and over then hangs up.
