I think they are just calling to reach their daily outbound target, I picked up as soon as it rang but they hung up straight away.

This number calls once or twice a day with nobody on the other end - why are these numbers not being cut off? Clearly they have been used for spamming people. If someone is still paying for that line number, they should be contacted in regard to the nuisance calls from their number. If it's not being paid CUT IT OFF!
