Legitimate telstra complaints centre number. I have an existing Telstra complaint and have had at least three calls from this number ... can confirm it is a legitimate Telstra number in my instances as I quizzed them with asking the caller whats the complaint number, last 4 digits of my account was before proceeding with the call

Was genuine call from Telstra following up on a PM via Facebook regarding a faulty accessory I'd bought in April that stopped working... I'd not answered the call as it wasn't a number in my contacts... It is now so i'll answer when they call next time...

This is a GENUINE call from the Telstra NBN Team.

It's Telstra's tech dept. If you are finding otherwise, Telstra itself has been spoofed

Telstra moving team confirming they have a technician available tomorrow to ensure NBN is available at the unit.

A woman with a Filipino accent spoke on the answering machine saying that her name is Lisa and is ringing in regard to 'a letter I sent to Bal U shrine'?? and, because she couldn't reach me in person, would send me a letter. I haven't written any letters so I think that they probably want me to ring back and enquire! However...I won't be calling for it!!

Scam!! Pretending to be TELSTRA!!! Not true BLOCK!

Left a message on the answering machine. Difficult to understand however, lady sounded like she said she was returning our call regarding an enquiry we made with Telstra. Wrong.

Please be aware this number IS A SCAM PHISHING FOR ID BY ACTING TO BE TELSTRA. On Telstra website there is a section to report scams and calls, messages etc. Please BLOCK,REPORT & DELETE THIS NUMBER ASAP!

Me: Ahhh, no I was not!
