I received a call from this number and it turns out it was MLC who are a division of NAB. Legit call from MLC but if you’re unsure and it seems out of the blue don’t give out your personal details

It was POSSIBLY from NAB as I had just transferred a large payment online through my NAB account..

Received a call from someone claiming to be from NAB and stating my credit card had been compromised. I declined to give my personal details and instead called NAB. They confirmed that the call was genuine and the card had been compromised.
However it is possible that scammers have spoofed this number so don’t assume it is genuine. Instead call NAB direct.

This was a legit call from NAB bank, because I did not answer it thinking it was SPAM call, and about 1 minute later I received a text message from NAB alerting to recent account activity and to call 1300 622 372. It's because of possible suspicious activity on your account, like transferring a few thousand dollars or larger amounts which might be fraud.
Simple solution - don't answer the phone if you think it's a SPAM number, because your bank will try contacting you via another method, or you can simply call the bank to find out.
Also, NAB tell you to NEVER provide your personal details over the phone to an unknown number that you haven't verified.

After I missed the call, they sent a text saying there was suspicious activity on my card, I called the number they provided in the text, was legitimate and they unblocked my bank card

They called my mobile - once i answered using by business intro they hung up. They then called my business landline - once i answered using my business intro again, they hung up. Scammer number!!! Do not answer.

This number has called me 4 times in 2 days, no voicemail left and when I answered, nobody on the other line.

Just got a call today (Saturday) from this number person left message asking me to call NAB on their 1300 557 707 number...I check web for the 1300 number and it’s legit number...so I call and guess what...the NAB 1300 number only open Mon-Fri...so who is calling me on saturday🤔🤔🤔 scam!

Likely is NAB as was just approved for a home loan - BUT they don't leave a message and when I do answer they hang up! terrible system.

Friday afternoon I received text from mobile number relating to NAB credit card payment due .
I don’t have credit card .

Caller: NAB Home Lending

I did not take the call from this number, let it go to message bank - the message left related to a Facebook inquiry I had supposedly made (through my mobile number) regarding NAB Home Lending. Message was left by an Allan. I then rang NAB to validate - they said that there is no Allan in home lending, it is definitely a scam. So be advised, if you don't recognise a number, don't answer it, and do your own digging with the company through real business channels.
