I received a text from 0447 153 051 about my account being suspended due to suspicious activity. I called NAB.
They put me through to the NAB Fraud Assist team. I asked them why their number wasn’t publicised... they are aware this is the case. They have truly helped me. This number is NOT a scam. NAB FRAUD ASSIST. Contact them if you feel like your security has been breached!

Rang Nab to chekc this number, and it is legitimate, NAB detected some fraud, pls call asap if you receive.

Hi this is lesleybridge Iam very pissed off because the fraud section has blocked my internet banking account and I don’t understand why they keep doing this the person I did the favour for has rang them and so has her cousin has too and they still have not unblocked my internet banking and I have not done anything wrong so just unblocked my internet banking ok thanks lesleybridge

It is NAB, NOT a scam. Got an SMS asking to call this number because of suspicious activity on my account, called NAB on 13 22 65 to confirm that it really is their number and had them unblock my account, so it really is them.

Checked with official NAB - this is NOT one of their numbers. Scam

On 29.3.2022, I received a letter from you asking me to call you on Tel,1300 622 372 to unblock my card number 4017 9541 4093 6023 but The number 1300 622 372 goes unanswered for hours and hours

Got a text message from this number re blocked Ubank card , though the ending card number was incorrect - in fact , that was last 4 digits of my mobile number.
Suspect scam. Would not recommend call 1300 622 372.
What worries me is that the name was correct , means personal data has leaked from NAB/Ubank

Received a text about a potential security alert for internet banking. Despite transacting with a company for over 3 years, NAB decided to flag the transactions as a security risk and disable my internet banking. The Fraud Assist team member was patronising, belittling and rude. NAB needs to spend more money on training .

Legitimate NAB security number. Very strange to receive a text (from 0447 153 051) asking to call this number, as the operator then asks for details such as name, dob, address, etc. But my account had been locked out and the operator unlocked again for me.

Definitely legit. Resopnded to a blocked card message from 0447 153 051. Restored blocked card immediately. If in doubt check on internet banking to see if your card is actually blocked or not showing.

It is nab security they are doing a good job. Picked up a transaction in my internet banking that helped protect me.

This is scam, just checked with bank.

Caller: NAB fraud line

This number was likely legitimate however I never ring numbers that have randomly appeared as an sms. The sms indicated that there had been suspicious activity on my internet banking.
I check my internet bank an it was blocked. I rang a direct NAB number through the standard numbers and then got put to the Fraud group who help identify the problem and then they reactivated my internet bank account.

This is the Nab fraud line, check your account then call them about any odd transactions
