A guy claiming to be Jason Smith from NBN called from (03) 8698 9355 and told me our NBN will be down for 3 days and we need to activate a backup service. He tried to get me to go to www.nbnhelpall.webnode.com via the windows Run service. When I asked where I could call him back he gave me support number (02) 8091 2588 and said his extension was #13176 and his employee ID was #1479986. total scam, nothing to do with NBN. An NBN backup service is provided by some NBN service providers on their mobile networks through a SIM card in your NBN modem.
